I purchased a pre-paid card and
would like to use it
Before you can use OnDemand5Direct.com, you need
to specify your vehicle and create an account/login for accessing
the repair information for your vehicle. Creating an account
with a pre-paid Activation Number is quick and easy. Just
go to the OnDemand5Direct.com Home page
and click the Subscribe Now link. Then select
your Vehicle from the Year, Make, and Model screens to create
your account. Choose Activation Number as your Payment Type,
and enter it from your pre-paid card on the Select Payment
Type screen. Then follow the on-screen instructions to complete
your account creation process.
How do I use Help?
Comprehensive online help is available
within the OnDemand5Direct program. Once you have logged in, just
click the Help link in the upper right-hand
corner of the screen to display help information for the screen
you are working in.
I forgot my Password. How do I get
In case you forgot your OnDemand5Direct.com password,
you can request your password by clicking the Forgot
Your Password link (also available in the Login
page). Clicking the Forgot Your Password link
opens a screen which initiates a process during which you
will enter your email address of your account and confirm
it by a second entry. Then send your email address to OnDemand5Direct.com.
You will receive your new login instructions by email, normally
within 15 minutes. Carefully follow the instructions provided
in the email.
How do I Create an Account?
Creating an account in onDemand5.com is quick
and easy process. Just go to onDemand5.com
Home page, and click the Subscribe Now
link. You will select a vehicle, choose a username and password
for your account. You will also need to select a method of
payment for your subscription. You can pay by either entering
an Activation Number from a pre-paid card or your Credit Card
information for billing. You will need to provide your Name,
Address, and email address. All personal information you enter
is protected by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Once
you have created an account, you can begin accessing information
for your vehicle.
How do I get a
receipt of my purchase?
You can print the receipt confirmation when
you have finished purchasing or extending a subscription.

Can I extend my
existing subscription duration?
Yes. Once you have logged
in to your account, you can extend your existing subscription
from the Account Management screen. You can
extend by paying with either an Activation Number or with
your Credit Card. For more information, login to your account,
and go to the online Help from the Account Management screen.
Can I activate/extend
my expired subscription?
Yes. Even though your subscription
has expired, your onDemand5.com account is still active, and
you can still login
to your account. Once you have logged in to your account,
you can activate/extend your expired subscription from the
Account Management screen. You can pay for your subscription
extension either by entering an Activation Number or your
Credit Card information. For more information on how to extend
your subscription, login to your account, and go to the online
Help from the Account Management screen.
Can I add a new vehicle to my subscription?
Yes. Initially, you create
your account for a single vehicle. Once you have created your
account, you can easily add / purchase subscriptions for your
additional vehicles to your account from the Account Management
screen. You can pay for your additional vehicle subscriptions
either by entering an Activation Number or your Credit Card
information. For more information on how to add new vehicles
to your account, login and go to the online Help
from the Account Management screen.
